At MJW Store, your satisfaction is important to us. Please take a moment to read our terms & conditions before completing your purchase.
No Refund Policy
At MJW Travel Store, all products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your item is custom-produced specifically for you. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details prior to completing their purchase.
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:
- An order is canceled by MJW Travel Store
- An item is unavailable or sold out
- You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see Return/Exchange Policy below)
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand production, MJW Travel Store does not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference changes.
However, we do provide replacements for items of the same kind if there is a verified issue related to damage, defect, or quality concerns.
Eligibility Requirements
- Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- Requests must include clear photo evidence of the issue
How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Email us at (insert email address here) within 30 days
- Include:

- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for receiving a replacement item at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed to be caused by the vendor or shipping carrier.
Additional Terms
- While all items undergo quality inspection before shipment, damage may occur during transit. We appreciate your understanding and prompt communication in such cases.
- MJW Travel Store makes every effort to provide accurate product measurements and descriptions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing and product details prior to purchase.
- If a return is approved outside of damage/defect claims, customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Return Process
You must receive approval from MJW Store before shipping any merchandise back to the MJW Store. Once you have received approval for the return of your merchandise, you will return your merchandise to the following address

You will be required to cover the return shipping costs and will receive a shipping invoice via email for the payment of the returned exchange merchandise for all exchanges.
